TixyMenu offers the following:

• A platform for restaurants to create and manage contactless digital menus accessible via QR codes.
• A reservation system for customers to book tables online.
• TixyMenu does not process or handle payments for restaurant reservations directly.

2. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You are responsible for all activities under your account.

3. Subscription and Billing

• TixyMenu offers paid subscription plans.
• Payments are handled securely through third-party processors (e.g., Paddle).
• By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis.

4. Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day free trial for all new accounts.

After the trial ends and a payment is processed, we do not provide refunds, except in the following cases:

• If the service was not accessible due to technical issues caused by us.
• If you were charged in error.
