TixyMenu is a comprehensive SaaS platform designed to empower restaurants and cafes with modern digital tools. Our services include:

• Digital QR Menus: Create, customize, and manage dynamic digital menus accessible instantly via QR codes. Update your offerings in real-time, showcase high-quality images, and provide detailed descriptions to enhance your customers' ordering experience.
• Online Reservation System: Streamline your booking process with an intuitive reservation system. Allow customers to easily book tables online, manage capacities, and reduce no-shows with automated confirmations and reminders.
• Customer Insights & Analytics: Gain valuable insights into customer preferences and operational efficiency through integrated analytics (coming soon).
• Secure Payment Integration: Facilitate seamless transactions with secure integration to leading payment gateways (e.g., Kashier). Please note that TixyMenu does not directly process or handle payments; all transactions are securely managed by our third-party payment partners.

2. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You are responsible for all activities under your account.

3. Commission and Billing

• TixyMenu operates on a commission-based model. Details regarding commission rates and payment cycles will be provided in your merchant agreement.
• Commissions are calculated based on transactions facilitated through the TixyMenu platform.
• Payments are handled securely through third-party processors (e.g., Kashier).
• By using our services, you authorize us to deduct applicable commissions from your transactions before payout.

4. Refund Policy

As TixyMenu operates on a commission-based model, direct refunds for service fees are generally not applicable. However, in cases of billing errors or service interruptions directly attributable to TixyMenu, we will review and address concerns on a case-by-case basis.

• If a billing error occurs, please contact us immediately.
• If the service was not accessible due to technical issues caused by us, we will investigate and may offer appropriate compensation.
